High-frequency wood drying is the modern method used in raw so that treated can be further various processes. Such systems are because of economy, energy efficiency, obtaining good mechanical properties after treatment, as well reducing time consumption. Therefore, it extremely important to understand each component such and The mentioned implemented using high-frequency generators based on vacuum tubes (VT). Their development and, particular, optimization by far more complex than transistor systems; therefore, now compelled rely computer modelling simulation. In this research, a (HF) generator 20 kW output power 1.5–15 MHz adjustable frequency VT was produced then, with corresponding model for itself rest developed circuit, followed simulation real-system measurement. parameters were adjusted, which provided additional system optimization. An extra match results from measurement obtained; thus, performed faster precisely. addition, an easier quicker way adjusting PID controller software-based control attained. problems cooling anode under high DC voltage, temperature HF electric field, have been solved.
